The Gift Shop at Wright’s Farm carries Trail of Painted Ponies Native American Art collectible horse figurines.
The Trail of Painted Ponies originated in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001 as a public art project 120 of the best artists in the Southwest were invited to let their imaginations run wild and creatively transform life-size fiberglass horse sculptures into stunningly original and gloriously diverse works of art.
In addition to commissioning artists to create original, hand-painted horse sculptures, The Trail of Painted Ponies has initiated a program to create a select line of high-quality Painted Pony reproductions that honor the power and beauty of the originals. With superb craftsmanship and an attention to detail that accurately capture the spirit and look of the designs that inspired them, The Trail of Painted Pony figurines are works of art in their own right.
